Four Square started out as a small family team of builders in 1980’s, the collected experience and the continuous growth and further professional development of their team has evolved into an experienced Family-run Business lead by a team of Project Managers, Builders & Architects/Designers. Our core focus is home improvements ranging from Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishments to New Builds. The company is formed into individual teams that specialise and attend to each type of work independently. Our unique selling point is that we are focused on delivering to our client’s needs to the highest standards and on time, no matter the size of the job. Our key to success is that over time we have developed a very solid and transparent system and procedure that ensures that all our clients and projects are assigned to an expert team. That means our clients have an allocated site manager and a project manager that will keep them up to date on the progress of their project. We acknowledge the importance of the client’s involvement in any construction project to ensure the final outcome is satisfactory and therefore we are very keen on communication and pre-planning. Our in-house designers are an added benefit to the whole process that ensures that coordination between all parties is accurate and reduces the risk of unattended elements of a project that could incur cost and time implications later on the job. Transparency is key hence the detailed pricing format that is presented to all our clients by our qualified and experienced team of Quantity Surveyors who take the time to study each individual project in minute detail. We understand the challenges of adhering to financial budgets on projects which we find as an advantage to our competitors as this allows us to be able to work alongside our clients and help identify any issues that may have not been considered earlier on the project.
