New Bathroom fitted Even before they had started Dean and Darren were really helpful and came round and offered advice and suggestions. They were pleasure to have in the house, always friendly and kind with us and our young kids. New ensuite to be installed Dean and Darren were hard working and paid attention to detail. They did such a good job on my ensuite shower room that I asked them to re-do my downstairs cloakroom. This turned out just as good. The price they quoted was the price I paid and worth every penny. Next year my kitchen needs replacing and it's Dean and Darren I'll turn to. Highly recommend, but Darren can talk the hind legs off a donkey!! Only joking - they're both a delight!

Small bathroom/ shower room renovation Great bathroom refurb. Completely stripped the room, ripped out my old toilet, shower and sink and revamped my whole room, looks amazing now. Bathroom strip and re-fit We were more than delighted with the total 'Strip and Refit' refurbishment by Frontline Refurbs of the kitchen, bathroom and toilet of our flat plus the redecoration of all other rooms. They worked with us in the selection of the replacement goods and gave us the benefit of their design expertise at all times. The work exposed previously unknown rising damp problems that had been generated in an outer wall and transferred to inner walls. This rising damp was also professionally dealt with by Frontline Refurbs and the necessary repair work was smoothly incorporated into their workload. The guys attended on all the days agreed in the contract and were very hard working. They tackled everything with the same dedication including the unexpected issues. I was a professionally qualified Quality Assessor prior to retirement and I can categorically state that the high quality of their work was exceptional and I would recommend Frontline Refurbs to any prospective client.

New bathroom to be fitted Dean and Darren refitted my small bathroom last week. From the initial consultation through to starting the job they offered useful and practical suggestions on how the space could be used and great advice on where to source parts. Upon starting the job they wasted no time getting the old bathroom ripped out, there were some issues with the old drainage and helped to connect me with someone to sanitise the area under the floorboards that had suffered rot and a rat infestation. Through out the job they were friendly and took pride in their work, cleaning up as they went along, consulting me as the refit took shape and explaining the next steps. I was working in the flat while the job took place and aside from necessary noise from the works there was minimum interruption, they were polite, professional and trustworthy. They completed the work to a high standard, on time and I am absolutely delighted with the results, I believe these guys are truly passionate about their work, going above and beyond the original brief by fixing a broken radiator in the bedroom. I’ll be inviting them back for further work in the future. Top guys, top job. Thank you very much gents!

New bathroom to be fitted Dean and Darren were brilliant and had the bathroom done for us in six days. We had the old suite ripped out, new suite installed, new wall and floor tiles added and a paint job. They resolved problems (at no extra charge) without us even having to worry about them and were always willing to pick up bits and pieces for the job as and when we needed them. They kept the place clean, tidied tools out of the way and left the toilet plugged in for us at the end of every day so there was very little disruption. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone else looking to have their bathroom redone.

Strip, Refit and Retile 2 bathrooms From quoting the job to completion was a professional, honest and excellent service. Both bathrooms were stripped out and done to a professional standard and on time with no surprise extra costs. Both bathrooms and other work they did looks amazing and I am so happy with the outcome. Darren is a perfectionist and very passionate about the art of laying his tiles and to a high standard. Equally, Dean is very knowledgeable and has a wealth of experience in fitting bathrooms the correct way and he is very friendly and always helping to look for solutions and finding items on the internet. They both observed COVID 19 guidelines, the house was protected and work area kept clean at all times. From Day one when they stepped into work, I had peace of mind, I wish I had met them before now. Both are a match made in Heaven and worth every penny. Will definitely use them again in the future for other work around the house.

New Bathroom These guys are fantastic! Frontline Refurbs came to replace our bathroom and our downstairs WC. From the moment they began the work until the moment it finished, Dean and Darren demonstrated an unparalleled conscientious professionalism. No matter how small the detail, they made sure that every element of their work was completed to the highest standard; they treated our home with as much care as if it were their own. This diligence extended to the cleanliness; every surface was wiped down, equipment stored away and the floor hoovered at the end of every day. Both of them kept us included at every stage, making sure we were happy with the work and involved in all decision making, and giving valuable and much-appreciated advice at points, whilst always leaving the final say to us. Despite our rickety house giving them plenty of challenges, they overcame any problem and we have been left with two rooms that look even better than we could have imagined. Bathroom refit, kitchen fit, skirting fit & paint prep We had a really incredible experience working with Dean and Darren. They were brilliant, trustworthy, detail focussed, creative and incredibly easy to deal with. They spent over an hour quoting for the job alone and asked lots of questions trying to get to really understand what we were looking for. They were always focussed on problem solving and in getting the job done well and to a high standard. They came up with highly efficient solutions to any problems that arose. Our job was on a very tight timeline in the run-up to Christmas and they threw themselves at the task working long hours and even on the weekend to get the job done. We’d recommend them in a heartbeat and already have a long list of new projects to work with them on. Never quite worked with people like this! Incredible work ethic and a joy to be around as well!

Small bathroom installation Dean did a great job revamping our bathroom. All the work was very neat and professional. He was very prompt in communication, answered all my questions, listened to what we wanted to do and delivered it all. He also discovered that there was something wrong with our shaver sockets and got new sockets installed as well. It shows that he went above and beyond what we asked for. Small damp patch in kitchen Good, efficient service in fixing damp patch in our kitchen and very responsive.

Full bathroom refurbishment Dean did a refurbishment of our entire bathroom including tiling, installing a Japanese bath, toilet and new shower. Overall he did a good job and helped to chase the suppliers when broken item was delivered, which was appreciated. He has also provided a very good support post completion coming back to sort couple of cosmetic issues showing excellent customer service. I found Dean and his team to be very friendly and open to discussion on what is the best way forward with good recommendations.
