Graham recommended the replacement of the entire board, complete with RCDs and surge protection, and then identified and labelled each circuit the board covered. He could not have been more thorough, and spent some time trying to locate a single circuit before discovering it was responsible for a single over-counter light! Our knowledge of electrics is virtually NIL but we are confident that all is now sorted, so much so that he is quoting us for more work."
