The first time was for a faulty oven, they responded quickly from an enquiry from their web site, called us and booked an appointment to complete the repair, informed of the cost upfront. The called when on the way. The repair was quickly undertaken satisfactorily Whilst here I enquired about a replacement hob. As they didn’t have a suitable one in stock they said they would contact me when they did. The called a couple of weeks later with some options. I chose one and it was installed the following day. Excellent service, competitive price."
