Gas Guru

Reached out as I'd been given what I thought was a high quote by another company for a boiler repair. Andy advised me that he could do the work himself for cheaper but that my best bet would be to go direct to worcester as they would cover all of the main boiker parts saving me money and a potential headache if the initial job didn't resolve my issue. Andy quoted for the relocation of our Boiler flue. I was quoted by British Gas. They included unnecessary work and were four times the price quoted by Andy, who arrived on time, was courteous and left the area tidy.

Andy was able to clearly explain the options to us (and recommend where we could save cost). He completed the complex installation efficiently and to a high standard. He answered all questions I had, made sure he didn't leave any mess in the house and even extracted all redundant pipe work and water storage from my loft as part of the job. Highly recommended for any boiler jobs or issues.

Andy fixed my nans gas leak so when I had a problem with my boiler I knew straight away who to contact. I didn’t expect him to come out on a Sunday but not only did he come out and fix the fault he also serviced it as well. I’d recommend Andy in a heart beat and will have him back in the new year to add new radiators.

We had a problem with our gas supply pipework. We wanted someone who would look at the problem diagnostically. Andy worked systematically and professionally, keeping us fully informed. Andy Ames the Gas Guru visited my house recently. I have a flueless gas fire, which is a very specialised gas fire. I was limited in finding gas engineers to service it as very few were interested in attending. It was extremely difficult to find one.
