Since we were burgled last year we had been concerned about the safety of the house. Our concerns were initially regarding the lock on the back door which was the point of entry at the burglary, and when it was repaired the new lock stuck out from the door. The police had informed us that this was a risk as this could be snapped off again in order to allow easy access once again. You not only rapidly solved this so it no longer sticks out, but also provided honest advise on how to repair a couple of the window locks which were no longer secure. If that was not sufficient you then explained about the risks attached to an old dog flap that the previous owners had in the back door, and were able to source and repair it in a very short time. My wife and I both feel much more confident that it would be harder for anyone to break into our house in the future, and your quick and professional approach is very reassuring.
