He was thoughtful about how best to complete each task, and versatile with a wide range of skills learnt from his father and . He was particularly good at keeping to pre-arranged times, and ordered products at his own initial cost. He is honest, forgetting to charge for some paint and not asking me to pay after the event, though I insisted in the end! On the strength of the work he did on my flat I asked him to do more work in my house, where he and the quality of his work were equally reliable."
