"Full Planning Applications and Building Regulations drawings including securing a Builder to do the project. I had just found out that the architect I had approached was still using a drawing board! I tried an internet search, put my telephone number in and within 10 minutes was talking to Gerald. The same evening he emailed me a detailed breakdown of his charges for the work I needed, a single storey front extension to my cottage. After a visit a few days later Gerald sent me a number of CAD drawings by email and we exchanged a lot of emails varying the details. The roof presented a number of problems and Gerald found a way to deal with them. Gerald dealt with the planning permission and supervised the work of the builder and I was very pleased to leave this work in his hands. The design of the extension has significantly enhanced the appearance of the cottage. At all times Gerald gave a prompt efficient service and I have no hesitation in recommending him."
