Same day site visit and inspection in response to my enquiry. Quotation for the job followed promptly; it was clearly itemised allowing me to appreciate it's value against 2 other competing quotes. The work was done in one day by 2 skilled, tidy and experienced men who worked well as a team. Both men were courteous, good humoured and obliging. All subsequent paperwork, such as registration for manufacturer's warranty, was done by the installer.

Paul was very accommodating and in fact came out to inspect the work within 30 mins of Checkatrade enquiry (he lived nearby). The work was carried out quickly and to a high standard. Recommend for your heating system needs.

Hired to replace a buckled immersion heater. Paul got in touch very quickly and came round the same evening to get an idea of the work involved and to provide a quote. On day of the job, he turned up on time and had also arranged for a roofer and electrician to come on the same day to finish the work there and then. Was polite and friendly at all times, communicative and concise at all times of the process, and was very respectful of our property and left no mess. Absolutely recommended, and thank you.
