"We initially booked in to have the boiler serviced, communication from everyone was exemplary. It turns out our boiler was unsafe, had to be switched off and needed a new gas valve. Andy was able to get this ordered and an engineer back out the following morning. Fraser called ahead of his visit to confirm he had the part and what would be done and roughly when to expect him. All works have been carried out efficiently and left tidy - I cannot recommend this company enough for all their help and swift resolution to get our heating back on again!"
