Glenmead Property came to replace several tiles and install a backer board within my en-suite bathroom in July. Before the work had been carried out I was assured there would be a 12 month guarantee on the work. The tiles have come lose again and there is mould inside the grout where the tile work has been completed. I tried to contact them to come take a look on the old and new numbers however the texts are not delivering nor is the call connecting. Avoid at all costs.
Poor customer service and communication. Cancelled multiple appointments for one reason or another, then all messages were ignored. Huge waste of my time.
Had to keep chasing and chasing for updates on the agreed work to be completed. Constant excuses given followed by empty promises. Eventually all messages being blanked. Not good huge waste of my time!
