"ripping out all upstairs stud work and removing all floor boards, relaying floor boards and rebuilds stud work with new linings and doors, also plaster boarding new stud work. Removing old windows and replacing with new windows through out the house. We moved home late in 2012 and since then have undertaken some major restoration works. We appointed Glyn to do a number of those jobs that included the following:- replace damaged floor joists - replace un-level floorboards (whole house) and added insulation in at the same time - complete new stud work put up on first floor (insulated where applicable) - replaced all double glazing with new and was much cheaper than two other quotes I received. I paid to have this reviewed and signed off by Fensa. - all new internal oak doors fitted - plaster boarded all ceilings and stud work - tiled bathroom. As you can see from above Glyn possesses a number of skills that are not limited to carpentry/joinery. Glyn is friendly, keen to get on, punctual and professional who's work has always been of the highest quality. I will continue to use Glyn for other tasks in my house with the next one being a complete new fitted kitchen. Would and have recommended to friends and family."
