"I contacted Dave at GM Builders to enquire about whether he could build a new step as the original was not functional. Dave attended the house, suggested design ideas, provided a plan and sample of the sandstone. Dave was friendly, professional, tidy and punctual. The step looks great. We have had a number of compliments about the look of the step and the use of sandstone tiles. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave for future work. I have already provided his details to friends who require building work."
