This is the second time we have asked Mark to visit us to look at our problems as he impressed us on his first visit with his reliability and overall knowledge, As before, he kept us informed of his availability and on the agreed day his time of arrival. We had a list of various plumbing jobs for him which we duly handed over and then left him to it. Thankfully he set about efficiently working through the list without an any qualms nor any further input from us. The list of jobs was soon finished to our satisfaction and to a certain extent our admiration. Mark was no trouble and I can recommend him especially to the more mature members who like myself have very little DIY knowledge of domestic plumbing.

Investigation to locate leak, inside the house. Provision and installation of new taps, new wash basin waste pipe and outside tap. Only a couple of days to wait for a quote and then the same for getting the jobs done. All work done in one day. Professional, efficient and friendly.

Mark Grain has completed a couple of urgent jobs for me recently. Firstly, after a water leak from a broken pipe in the bathroom he responded within the hour to isolate the leak and returned the next morning to finalise the work and replace a faulty valve. The second job involved resolving a fault on the boiler over the weekend. Both jobs were completed promptly and effectively.

Mark stepped up to provide a temporary repair to our heating system valve leak, managed to source the part from Germany when it was found to be unavailable in the UK and then successfully fitted the part. Mark took the trouble to contact me out of hours and provided updates to the work being done. Much appreciated. Would recommend!

My gas boiler stopped working on a freezing cold day. I called Mark and he came that day. He didn't leave until he had chased up the part needed for the necessary repair and fitted it into the boiler. He worked quickly and professionally and didn't leave until he was sure that the boiler was functioning properly again. I can't praise Mark enough for responding quickly to this emergency and making sure that I had heating and hot water again.
