Really was an excellent service: Friendly and professional, the engineer gave the boiler what looked to me a thorough strip-down clean. He was polite and, most importantly, clean. Clearly took pride in his work.

Very unhappy with the attitude of this company. A service job turned out to be over a £400 bill. There was no leakage prior to the service being carried out but after the service had been done water was dripping from the valves. The engineer was good no issue there but it is the attitude of the service manager . This lack of goodwill may now lose them a good customer.

Boiler installed to a grade 2 listed property. The job was complexed but this did not put off anybody from doing a great job. From consultation and design stage to install, the team where fantastic. Very professional and got on with the job without any causing any concerns.
