Needed new boiler and wanted to upgrade and update the radiators in my flat. Was able to discuss requirements and gain a better understanding in an area where I lacked expertise. Installation was done timely and professionally and the invoice matched the estimate originally provided. Had some after-sales questions regarding the thermostat and again received the help I needed. Also cordial, works neatly and keeps agreements and promises

Stefan provided excellent service when dealing with a leak and failed boiler. He initially asked for photos and gave some initial guidance for free by WhatsApp which was hugely appreciated. When ultimately the boiler needed to be replaced, he provided a clear and accurate quote and talked us through the steps he would have to take and various options. He was patient, and responsive with questions and left me feeling very assured about what he had done and why. There was no pressure to do additional work. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as honest, reliable and thorough, and have used him for some subsequent work on a rental flat too.

The boiler was showing error messages during a very cold snap. I contacted Stefan and he responded immediately. Though not able to attend straight away, he attempted to diagnose via videos and photos. A Vaillant engineer came and did a fix but it turned out that it was not the right fix. Contacting Stefan again, he came the same day with a temporary fix. A new boiler was ordered and this was installed that day. We have since had other plumbing/heating problems and Stefan has been very good with advice. He has exceptional customer service - I can text him at 0600 or 2200 and will have a response. If he is unable to commit to the job, he will recommend a colleague he can trust. He is honest and will explain the job in layman's terms. He is now our go-to guy and is highly recommended.

Stefan replaced my boiler, and despite malfunction the manufacturer worked with them to sort the problem as quickly as possible. He worked quickly tidely and explained the new system clearly. I would not hesitate to recommend Stefan.

Mr Stefan Adams replaced my own boiler earlier in 2023 and it was done on time and on budget. In August 2023 I asked him to replace the boiler of another property I own and he did so.
