"A significant reconstruction job requiring demolition, new walls, flat roof, skylights, tiled flooring with underfloor heating, sliding glass doors, utility room, kitchen, lighting, boiler, patio. This was probably a large project for Greater Space, but they carried out the works competently under guidance from the Architect, using sub-contractors where necessary. Some delays experienced due to lateness in ordering materials and having insufficient staff available at all times. Overall the final outcome has given us what we wanted."

"Overall I was happy with the work undertaken and the project was finished to a good standard. I prepared full drawings for the project, and even though this included some items of work that the operatives had not undertaken before, they managed to complete the project with a quality finish. There were some Management issues during the works (such as programming the job and keeping the client informed) but I understand these have now been addressed by the company. Generally I am very pleased with the work undertaken."
