"Tim attended the property to review a possible damp situation, upon reviewing he provided possible solutions that I could undertake myself and explained the effects of weather on certain brickworks. I thought this was great as another firm wanted £300 just to come out and look and provide an unnecessary report. Cheer Tims."

"All works were completed to a high standard. Tim was friendly, professional and left my house tidy and clean. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I did not need all of the work completed that Tim originally quoted for. He was very honest and reasonable, not completing the work unnecessarily, and he amended the original quote."
