GT Bathrooms & Boilers Limited

I've been a GT Bathrooms & Boiler Limited customer for about 7 years. I have regular boiler inspection, solar water system and maintenance done as well as other bathroom / shower screen & toilet related jobs. Jobs always done to a good standard and price. The team have never let me down and I've always been consulted on difficulties or scheduling changes. Highly recommended team. Will be continuing to use your services.

GT carried out all our plumbing works for a whole house refurbishment in 2019. The work was excellent and we have no problems with the installation. Since then we have used GT for boiler servicing and the whole team are extremely efficient and friendly. Most recently they changed a tap for us. I have recommended GT to many people as they are excellent.

I had my Vaillant boiler serviced by a very precise and clean employee. He did an excellent job and cleaned up some rust from a previous leak before he continued. He was very pleasant and has been a few times before for minor work.

We had our kitchen and downstairs bathroom updated, the fitters were fantastic our only issue was with the plastering work. This however was eventually amended and we are mor then happy with the results.

GT Bathrooms & Boilers recently renovated our shower room. They removed everything, including the tiles and plasterboard and installed all new fittings, including lighting, tiles, shower cubicle, WC, furniture and radiator. The whole process, from visiting their showroom to the guys carrying out the installation was completely painless. It was very obvious that everybody we dealt with knew what they were doing and were without exception, easy to deal with.

I live in an old house, which was long in need of updating the heating and bathrooms. The GT showroom is nearby and gave a good professional impression, so I asked them to do the work. Gary himself came a couple of times to help me decide what was needed, then installed a new boiler and hot water system himself. At the showroom, Adam was very patient and helpful in doing item selection and the CAD design work for renewing my bathroom, shower room and downstairs loo. The removal of all the old stuff, and complete renewal of all three rooms was completed in a timely and very tidy manner, with the work to a high standard by pleasant amiable workmen who fit in around my needs. I can thoroughly recommend them.

As usual the boiler failed on a Friday. Contacted GT office Friday afternoon, Gary arrived Saturday morning and sorted it out straight away. Highly recommended
