"Gary and team completed a small extension at the rear of our property, they also did some work in our current utility room. From the start communication was great and stayed that way until the end of the project. The whole company and their contacts are friendly and a reliable team, very trustworthy-we had no problems leaving keys and for them to get on with the work whilst we were out for example. Gary was happy to accommodate any queries/changes/wishes we had and ensured this was all added or changed within the original plans. Any mess was cleaned up every evening (even though they were due to come back the following morning.) We have two small children who were very excited to see them every day and explore what had been done. They team were brilliant with them, answering a million questions and talking through what and why they were doing things. The whole project was done so quickly to a high standard - we couldn't be happier! Thank you!"
"Gary and his team knocked through a wall in our living room and levelled the flooring between the two spaces to create one seamless room. They also removed our old decking and replaced it with a beautiful patio, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team were professional, polite and friendly. They kept everything clean and tidy at the end of each day, which made a big difference while the work was ongoing. We would confidently use GT Builders again for any future work and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality builder."

All trades were polite, courteous and had a high standard of work which was great to see. The site was left clean and tidy each day and we were kept well informed along the way. Electrician repaired broken cctv cable, but was charged for the connectors to make it work.
