He is a pleasant young decorator, but lacked knowledge in fundamental of the building such as water tight of the water system and the roof. Although the last invoice stated the date of payment as 23rd August, I was begged to pay the last 10 percent of the estimate before the tenants are moving in. The house had experienced leaks but it hasn’t been attended as the company claimed it was not their estimated work. How I wonder anyone start decorating perfectly without checking whether the house is watertight
Bathroom repairs look great. They did exactly what they said they would.
