The lintel, the blockwork wasn’t quite complete, instead filling in an odd gap with mortar ahead of plastering. The plasterwork was good, but may need touching up before decorating. Hamiel was courteous, responsive and advised of issues as and when they arose. Expectations around prep of the property (esp. Floor and dust protection) could have been better communicated. His timekeeping wasn’t perfect, but he stuck to budget."
