Answer from tradesperson:
Paint facias and sofits of semi Agreed price and date. Was supposed to arrive at 8.00sm didn't come. So I sent message. Apparently he couldn't get his ladders on site. Had not bothered to sort it. Wanted to change dates to a maybe... now job abandoned. Undependable. Wasted my time, messed up my holiday time as I have to take leave to be here. Not bothered as he tells me he has a good reputation already !!! (Updated on 16 Aug 2020) Answer from tradesperson: Yes did agree a price with the customer just acquired a new van with no roof rack on yet a friend agreed to bring my ladder to house were I would of been working on the day of question couldnt get hold of him on the morning to meet me there I did apologise to customer and asked if we could arrange another day the customer then tried to get the job done cheaper by a substantial amount if they could get a ladder there I did refuse as gave her a fare price to start with I was willing to get my ladder there by someone else but the customer wasn't happy with that I really do apologise and appreciate that she wasnt happy on the day Kind regards H&L Decorators Reply created 16 Aug 2020
