"I called James in distress after our builder had repointed our house in cement and left dust residue that stained all the bricks. James and Ash came and saved the day. They have done a fantastic job of cleaning the bricks and repointing in lime. They take real pride in their work and did their best to limit the dust (but there’s no escaping it entirely). Our house looks great again and people are even ringing our doorbell to ask who did the repointing. I almost miss seeing Ash and James everyday because they were a pleasure to have working for us (lots of tea helped too)."
