There are many items which are apparently not serviced by other engineers which could cause unreliability or even eventual failure. Paul is very thorough and does a proper job - we haven't had any problems at all with our Ideal boiler over the four years since it was installed. I hope that his annual attention will keep our boiler running flawlessly for many more years to come. I would sincerely recommend Paul every time!!"
