"Replacement of an asbestos cement with Spanish slate Lee was contracted to replace an asbestos sheeted roof with a slate roof on a single storey, “L” shaped extension on an old cottage. This was not a straight forward job as the surrounding walls and gable ends needed to be built up just for a start. In summary Lee and his team did an excellent job. It can be a worrying time when you get a builder in as you never know whether they will be to the required standard. With Lee’s building firm you are in trusted hands. I would use Lee again and I would recommend him, reasons for this are simple: 1) The standard of work undertaken was excellent; 2) There were no surprises, Lee kept us regularly informed of progress; 3) Price, a good price for a fair day’s work, that’s what you expect and that’s what Lee delivers. Many thanks Lee and to your team"
"Interior refurbishment and uPVC replacement windows. We were 100% happy with Lee's work at our house. He was extremely reliable and professional at all times, he turned up exactly when he said he would and the work was completed exactly to our liking. We were delighted with the end results and wouldn't hesitate to use Lee again. I would also happily recommend him to anyone. Top fella, top job!"
