"Moving into a new property so required all locks to be changed to high security ones. Phoned and my call was answered straight away, made an appointment for Sam to come to my new house. He arrived on time and removed my old locks and replaced with temporary locks free of charge while my new high security locks were ordered. Came back to fit a couple of days later along with a new install mortice lock I added to my order at short notice. Super friendly and accommodating, excellent workmanship and fair price - even fixed my squeaky door as a bonus!"
