I have no hesitation in recommending this company and I am delighted with the final results. They delivered as promised and the installers were polite, professional and did a great job clearing up after themselves! I had an old gas heater replaced with this log burned and it has made such a difference to the overall look and feel of our living room!

Really poor customer service, wish we hadn’t used them. Left 13 bags of rubble on our drive (including discarded tool boxes) which we had to dispose of in 5 trips to the tip. Six week delay in installing fire, which ended up with us constantly chasing and abrupt responses to calls. In our opinion the final finish is really poor and we will now have to pay for someone else to come in and finish off. Tried to resolve issues with calls and messages, most of which went unanswered or were blocked. Wish we had gone with someone else.

After seeing the great job they done installing a wood burner for my sister ,I decided to have one done myself,best decision I made . Highly recommend this company
