"We’d previously had a new radiator fitted by someone else but it wouldn’t turn off (and we only realised this months later when it got cool enough to put the heating on, by which time we couldn’t remember who had done the original work). Greg came and sorted the problem by fitting a new TRV. We didn’t have to wait ages for him to come, he and his colleague were cheerful and pleasant and the work was done quickly and efficiently with no mess - and at a reasonable price, too. Really pleased; we’ve called on Greg before and will do so again."
