"We’ve just had our new boiler installed by Harry and his team. Our heating and hot water packed up right in the middle of an awful time with our son being ill, but these guys made the process as painless as it could’ve been. After a number of poor experiences with other local companies, my husband found HB Gas Services on Checkatrade. Harry was able to complete the job three days after we first contacted him. They worked quickly, considerately and were all so polite. They left no trace of their work even vacuuming up afterwards and rearranging perfectly everything that they’d moved."

Harry fitted a boiler for us at my brothers rental house back in January. I was injured at the time so organised it’s all through Harry. At the time he was very helpful. The job was completed on time. We paid him 50% deposit and then 50% on completion. However, I never got a receipt from him. And when I chased him to try and get the warranty info and gas safety stuff he said he would chase it up. About two weeks later I chased again but have never heard from him since. Very frustrating. I have no idea if he did a gas safety.
