"Harry was a courteous, pleasant experienced and competent roofer who is able to tackle a variety of tasks -in our case connected with removing tiles of an old terrace tiled roof house, replacing felt and battens, updating ridge tiles as per modern building regs and sealing an extension flat roof plus pointing and chimney repairs. His employee was also experienced and diligent. Both were easy to relate to with excellent customer communication skills. Highly recommend HC improvements who are a versatile company. The works took a week to complete."
