Unprofessional. Poor time keeping with a job quoted for one week taking five weeks. Not turning up with no communication. Different workforce all the time as they clearly cannot retain their staff. System not functioning properly after just nine months and instead of the great after sales service they promise we have received threatening phone calls and they have now refused to rectify the issues that are causing backed up drains and unpleasant smells due to discharge pipe/non return valve not functioning properly. A very unpleasant experience that has left us distraught.

Work done promptly and efficiently. Team very hard working, friendly and courteous. Great care taken to minimize and clear-up, with patio relayed and restored completely back to original state after dig.
