Had issues from start to finish (work not finished yet) Flooring didn’t arrive on time and when we called the company it turned out the flooring hadn’t been paid for, despite us having already paid for it in advance. Beading has yet to be completed along with a step that we asked to have extended. Heard very little from Sam and we wait days to get a response with the work still not finished. We have given him plenty opportunity and been very reasonable but the service has been very poor. Not the service you would expect when you’re paying a lot of money for flooring/labour.

The guys were polite and hardworking. The floors look really nice and they obviously knew what they were doing. The finish could perhaps have been better. Unfortunately they were let down by their timekeeping and reliability. The process was subject to numerous delays and after an initial estimate of approximately 3 days, it took two and a half weeks with repeated prompting to get the work completed. Sometimes things just don't go according to plan but it felt like some of the delays should have been avoidable and we experienced prolonged inconvenience and stress as a result.

My experience of Herringbone is in direct contrast to other reviews left. It started well with a quick response and providing a quote. We agreed a date and from there it went downhill. Communication was very poor with my job being cancelled on the day and only after me asking what was happening. One excuse after another was given for more delays in the work and supply of materials. While they eventually came to fit the laminate, the agreed work was not completed or materials given. All the job debris was left outside on the street. I have had to find another contractor to complete the work.
