Done damp proofing, excellent work, clean & tidy
Could have been more communicative around the duration of the works, painting requirements and post work needs.
Came to do a survey. 3 page report for £85 with no specific reference to the property - so generic. No offer or real suggestion in relation to work needed. Didnt actually do any work other than the paper survey which had to be chased up.
