Arrived on the day promised although almost an hour late. He checked the radiators and tightened one leak which has now stopped, however we kept losing pressure. When I checked radiators I found one obvious leak which had been missed. I messaged with a query about the leak on two occasions and have received no reply after 48 hours. £100 for a call out and tightening on a radiator, but an incomplete job and poor communication after it was finished. Feel a bit duped overall given the cost.

A brilliant plumber! Kept the works very clean (new carpets were untouched) had great communication, arrived on time every time and very friendly. So glad to have found a good reliable plumber!

Excellent service from start to finish. Arrived on time, was polite and professional, and carried out a really thorough boiler service. Everything was explained clearly, including what was checked and any recommendations. Left the area clean and tidy. The only thing he didn’t manage to finish was his cup of tea – which probably says more about how efficiently he works than anything else! Would definitely recommend and will use again.
