I am a small carpentry and joinery business established in 2005, which specialises in designing and making attractive and user-friendly interior fittings such as, cupboards, wardrobes and bookshelves. I also design and make high quality windows and exterior and interior doors that will complement the style of your house and keep the wind and rain out. No matter what sort of project I am engaged in it is always central to my working ethos to produce craftwork that will please the eye and give many years of use. Once someone has contacted me, and we've established that my skills are suited to their particular project, we would then arrange a meeting to discuss their requirements. These may be relatively straightforward, such as requiring a new door to match others in a building, or more involved, such as changing the internal layout in a home to accommodate an office space to meet several users requirements. In either case the consultation allows a design brief to be formed which in turn allows me to make a design and produce drawings for the client to look at. The client may then either approve the design or suggest changes until they are happy with the result. It typically takes six to eight weeks between first contact and the commencement of work on a project.
