Hwm solutions attended my property to quote me for works needed to guttering as there are damp patches inside. He said he couldn't see any damp at the time. A week later ,I wasn't given a written quotation but was told via telephone that the cost would be £295+vat. Some work was done on 14th Oct. but the internal damp is still an issue. It is clear that the work needed to rectify the issue has not been quoted correctly and I will need a reputable tradesman to do so. I phoned up to ask for written quotation / invoice before paying but only received invoice on 28th from an angry abusive man

Nice guys come and did a bloody good job. Couldn't of been more polite or professional. Very pleased with the works done.

More than happy to have Harry and team in my house. They were clean, tidy, friendly and respectful throughout. All protective sheeting was laid out accordingly and they even hoovered up afterwards. I was delighted with the finish. Definitely recommended!
