This was a massive refurbishment over three floors, requiring tiling, plastering, flooring, skylight, painting, plumbing and electrical work. Ilie was sensitive to problems and alterations, and at all times easy to contact and quick to respond. His team was reliable, cooperative and trustworthy - as well as being competent.
