"Richard and the team did a good job tracing the leak and repaired it. No sophisticated tooling in use but they had a good experience and sense of what to do and how to repair something well. I would recommend them for roofing repairs as they do a good job albeit took a bit to get to root cause which was frustrating."

Lead flashings were installed in February 2024. Two weeks later we had water ingress through the ceiling around the chimney and the company came back out to make exterior repairs. To this day, we still don't know what repairs were made. In September this year, we have had further water damage/leaks through the ceiling and now the company refuse to respond and hold up their guarantee, disgraceful.
The work to be carried out was to install lead flashings around chimneys and to replace a fascia board on front of the house, no issues with that work. The company was also engaged to provide flat roof repair services and these works have been performed poorly. 1 of the flat roofs is now in a worse state than before the works started. There has been delays in getting the team back to fix the repairs and when finally having done so they tried to charge me to fix their repairs, which is completely unreasonable.
Richard and the team did a good job tracing the leak and repaired it. No sophisticated tooling in use but they had a good experience and sense of what to do and how to repair something well. I would recommend them for roofing repairs as they do a good job albeit took a bit to get to root cause which was frustrating.
