Basic gutter maintenance carried out to acceptable standard with good communication, but during the job, Jack asked me if my roof was leaking and stated that I had broken tiles on my roof he could replace for £140. Afterwards he told me he replaced 2, but still charged me £140. I tried to register my concerns with him hoping he would negotiate over price but he just said that was his standard rate and I knew it was 2 tiles, I did not, I would never agree to pay someone £140 to replace 2 tiles, no cementing, small bungalow, already on site, tiles in their van - charged £140!! Lesson learned.

Ideal roofing provided a quick estimate and when they found on closer inspection that more needed repairing they provided photos and explanation of what was needed. We were confident in their advice and they carried the work out in the original timescale despite excessively hot weather. We would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.
