Firstly, he didn't request a call-out charge because he is local to the area, which I thought was great community spirit and secondly, he fixed the problem in a timely manner. I was very happy with his professionalism and he explained the solution in a language that I could understand. He also managed to complete the repair under the price quoted, which is rare nowadays, He is now my designated it guru, and I would definitely recommend..."
