Paint exterior ground floor walls of house and wall. Shaun gave us a good quote and completed the work very efficiently to leave us with an excellent result which we are very pleased with. He's a nice guy too, and it was a pleasure to keep him in coffee ! Highly recommended.

Empty flat needs reviving Shaun did an absolutely brilliant job transforming my weary looking flat into something quite superb. After he was finished, I hardly recognised the place. The man is everything you want in a builder/decorator and more. He's conscientious, hard-working, communicative, neat, creative, meticulous and, possibly most important of all, totally honest and trustworthy. He's far more than simply a decorator as he tackled the plumbing, carpentry, tiling and basic electrics as well as all the more straightforward painting. I particularly welcomed his creative input and he transformed a weary bathroom into something one might expect to find in the pages of a glossy magazine. Just as important as all that, he's friendly and easy to talk to. I honestly can't recommend too highly as he's simply first class and indisputably the best decorator I've come across in my 74 years.

2x Bedroom painting job inside empty property to be let Awful quality workmanship. £600 to paint 2x bedroom internal walls only (not ceiling or woodwork, just the walls) and looked like it was rushed in a day and a half. Seems like he used the cheapest white paint, didn't look solid, terrible cutting in top and bottom, paint over all the plastic fixings/light switches, fixings left in the walls and just crudely painted over, there was even paint smears on a desk that was in one of the rooms! In the box room which needed a lot of making good, yellow/orange colour bled through the white paint leaving stains on the wall. We trusted Shaun as we are not living at the property and left him the keys. Now it feels like a robbery. We paid him £700 as he said he'd do a 3rd double bedroom, but he crudely smashed one very thin coat of paint on the walls in this room. We wish we never agreed to that. The bedroom honestly looked better as it was than with a misting of cheap white paint on the walls. Unfortunately for him (or us), I worked in the painting and decorating industry for about 10 years on and off when I was younger so I know what to expect.
