Broken leg on bed which scratched all the floor. Then denied it. Wrong headboard. Ordered new one said it will not be long. Next headboard was wrong again. Tried to fob us off with a black headboard with a grey bed. Manager came to check the floor and agreed it was done with the bed. Was offered £60 compensation and said no more would be offered. Delivery man was so dam rude !!! Still waiting for headboard. Just want this out of my house as I cannot trust them at all.
Recently bought carpet from inspired shipley, the entire process from ordering to fitting and end product was difficult. Fitters arrived and told me no underlay grips were ordered (sigh) . Then the fitters were moaning the stairs were uneven and the money was not worth job. Then they fitted a plain track instead of the 2 z tracks over tile to carpet which has become loose and a hazard, phoned and said they would call me that was a month ago. Spoke to manager in the shop today while the carpet fitter was on the phone and hung up on us. Totally unprofessional from start to finish.
