"We are completely satisfied with the installation by Insulating Windows and our dealings with the company at each stage of the process. There was no hard sell and the replacement windows and doors match the original windows like-for-like, but with significantly improved double glazing and insulation. The two fitters who installed the windows were thoroughly professional, working quickly and cheerfully in at times challenging conditions, and adjusting their plans to cope with scaffolding erected for another job. A minor problem with one glazed unit was quickly fixed."

It’s now 5 weeks since my initial installation date, which was cancelled with zero notice. They have taken over £1200 and show no signs of actually installing and haven’t even bothered to contact me. Their initial excuse was supply issues, but this seems more to be about the company not paying their suppliers than an issue with manufacture or delivery. Awful customer service. Legal action seems the way to get my money back.
