"Cornerstone were developing a plot of land in Hadleigh in Essex. Neoteric was contracted to undertake all carpentry works along side Cornerstones management and other sub-contracted trades resulting in an excellently finished new house. Neoteric were carpentry sub contractors on a new build 4 bed house and have provided quality workmanship and friendly, helpful workmen. "Netherfield In Hurley.This was a massive task as in the time constraints were very tight.The work involved removing the roof completely installing 42 metal beams. Building a new extension,New roof,New staircases,completely new 1st and 2nd fix plastered and decorated. Since David completed the works last summer I have personally used Neoteric on a number of my projects. A large office re-furb with major roof works in Leatherhead to more recently a complete re-furb and extension to a large 5 bedroom detached house which again involved taking off the majority of the existing roof and cut and pitching a new roof and dormers. I have no hesitation in recommending Neoteric and will continue to use them on future works. Quality of works is excellent and all the guys Neoteric use are equally polite, competent and produce quality work. Neoteric were the major sub-contractor on the two projects mentioned and complied with our programmes and budgets. David is very hands on and leads by example. He also has a vast knowledge of the building industry and this shows in the way they approach their work."
