"John arrived on time and performed his path cleaning work to a very high standard. I am disabled and dependent upon a safe clean path , stairs and courtyard. John was very thorough and cleaned the area to perfection. He removed many years worth of black filth, mould, moss and weeds. The paths , stairs and forecourt are now very clean, safe to walk on, free from all dirt and moss and look as good as new. John worked really hard barely stopping for a break. He spoke to all the residents to check we were happy with the job and ask if we needed anything else done. He is a brilliant worker."
