"The planned works by a roofing company was to re-render the shared chimney stack at the rear of my property. Unfortunately once exposed, the brickwork was in poor condition and a rebuild was diagnosed. The roofing company were unable to complete the works. I also struggled to find anybody available. Paul was recommended by a neighbour, he was able to quote, and put a date in the diary to complete the job. The job was completed as scheduled, even with some extra required works. The site was left tidy everyday, and I was very happy with the quality of the work, and the finished job."
