We where charged almost 3 times what they quoted us for, damaged our furniture and blamed it on us and said it was like that when they dismantled it (the furniture was almost brand new and we know it was them who damaged it) they didn’t protect our goods when transporting them like they said they would (hence the damage) never removed all the screws from our wardrobe so when it was transported, it was ruined when delivered to our new property and when I questioned it with the company, they did absolutely nothing to compensate or refund is partially. We will now have to buy new furniture to replace it!
