"The finish of the work carried out is of a poor standard. As you can see from the pictures, there were insufficient tiles per metre sq placed on the roof. I realised this after noticing sunlight glinting through them on a sunny day. When enquiring I was told this was correct as the vapour barrier would catch any leaks!! After complaining they came out and completely retiled the roof. They have come out twice to re-mortar the roof but as you can see it’s still crumbling away.  The guttering continually leaks.  The brickwork mortaring is of a poor standard too."
