staircase specialist required I employed Alan Walters and his team from Royle Properties (NW) Ltd in good faith for a £2000 job on a staircase, the job has been left unsafe and unfinished and after numerous calls and attempts to contact Alan over a period of 3 months i have continually been fobbed off. I have been extremely patient with Alan in the hope that he would honour his word and return to finish and correct the issues involved - something which im sure could be done in a day. On ringing the company it appears that im in a long queue of complaintants who are unhappy with their work and have no joy in contacting Alan. I am still yet to receive any form of paperwork or receipt of payment, something which he said would be sent out to me. Due to me holding out in the hope him and his team would return, has held up other work in my property and i have had to cancel other tradesman until this job is completed to a satisfactory and safe standard. I am now left in know other position than to start proceedings through the small claims court unless Alan arranges for somebody to contact me and return to fix the problems in the next 7 days. Do not use this company - they are classic cowboy builders.

1st floor bathroom extension above existing kitchen Job completed today 28 October 2011. The end result is first class. Our experience of the contractor is that the tradesmen employed were of the highest standard and without exception pleasant and eager to provide high quality work. The bricklayer is a master craftsman to the extent that neighbours have comented on the quality of the work completed. The contractor took the time to match the brickwork to the existing build and the match is amazing. The internal finishes are also first class with detailed attention to securing quality fittings and also value for money. I have no hesitation in recomending this contractor. Some comments have been that the work has taken a little longer than they would have expected, but 3 weeks of foul weather have not helped and if you want a quality solution then it does take time to find the right product. David was excellent at seeking out quality materials and fittings and this has ensured that the final build is of the higest quality. A big thank you to this contactor and all the trades that contruted to extension that will serve us for many years to come.

Walsh Construction Uk Ltd were employed to design and construct a two story extension to 1 Harrison Hey, Huyton. Erection of two story side extension, single story rear extension with wooden trellis and archway to side. Porch to front. (existing conservatory and detached garage to be demolished) John was fantastic. He really was spot on. He was clean, tidy and conscientious. Always on time - there at the crack of dawn. His standard of work was excellent. I was very happy with the finished product. His prices were competitive. I would definitely use him again and be happy to recommend him to others.

Extension which included conversion of kitchen and dining area and complete refurbishment of bathroom, including re-siting boiler. We're very happy with the work they've done for us. They did an extension which included conversion of our kitchen and dining area and refurbishment work. John took care of everything and arranged for plumbers and electricians.
